Academic success is a critical component of the college experience and we believe that academics should be a top priority of all of our members. We understand that the transition to college can be a challenging situation so we seek to support one another as much as possible. During the school year we have programs where all members set academic goals to strive for and discuss the steps they will take to reach them.

A distinct benefit of joining a sorority is being part of a diverse siterhood where many different majors are represented. We encourage each and every one of our members to seek academic success and we know that this support makes a difference.

The Alpha Xi Delta Foundation offers thousands of dollars in scholarships for collegiate members. These scholarships are offered to initiated freshmen through seniors, in a wide variety of courses of study. Scholarships are also often available through the chapter's corporation board.
